On July 14th, 2012, Baylaa earned her AKC PT Herding Title. This is what David Sang, Baylaa's owner had to say about the event:

Baylaa got to the trial site.

Jumped out of the truck and killed a rabbit on the way to the post.

Walked into the ring and sized up the sheep.

Gathered them up.

The sheep faced her and I told her walk up.

She decided that they needed some discipline and bit two of them.

The one that she didn't get to bite yet, bolted and she ran along it's side grabbed wool and turned the beast back into the group.

She put on a strong performance on some tough sheep.

Normally the judge will say thank you when the dog grips (bites) and your run is over.

But this judge thought the sheep deserved it.

This judge doesn't even like when you lay your dog down.

She wants the dog on its feet and working.

Baylaa is turning into a damn good little farm dog!
